It’s a Gingerbread Time of Year (almost, at least)

Gingerbread houses are cool to look at (but often not so cool to eat). Like dollhouses, making your dream house can be a whole lot cheaper when you have to pay for spice cookies instead of foam insulation. But unlike dollhouses, gingerbread houses are created from edible materials–something that really puts boundaries around what you can do with them. But whoever said that creativity works best with restrictions is right…the sheer scope and variation in the following projects is inspiring.
