OK. So if you’ve been trawling the miniature food world for a while, you’ll notice that there are a lot of eclairs, cream puffs, et cetera out there. And I like eclairs, but I’ve never been able to figure out just how to make them. It was not too long ago that I found this spectacular tutorial by Cindy Teh of Snowfern Clover. The tutorial is easy to follow, the eclairs are adorable, and Cindy’s website is a constant source of mini inspiration in my sculpting practice.
